Follows Strength and Fitness is made for serious athletes and dedicated lifters. Bradley have really created something special with this place and his positive energy and enthusiasm is amazing. Every PR is celebrated and documented on the PR Board and you can always expect a the other members to be circled around and cheering on as new records are set.
What makes it different is that its not the amount of weight you're lifting, its the effort you're putting in that gets celebrated. On any night there, you can see the group cheering on someone with a 500lb squat, but they cheer just as loudly for someone hitting a PR at 100lbs.
